Foot for 65” sky glass air tv is faulty

What do I do, got my new tv this afternoon, went to go set it up once kids had gone to bed and went to put the feet into the base to be able to slot the tv onto them, one foot went in no bother other one is ever so slightly off but still off enough for it to not be straight at all so how am I meant to put the tv on the base, do I contact sky and ask for a new foot?

Hi @Beccawatson97 

 

You can try lying it flat and removing and trying again. Failing that you can call sky and arrange a replacement under warranty, however they will replace the entire unit.

 

You will need to call sky for this as we are fellow customers here on the community.

Thank you for replying, I'm going to phone them now, I've looked at the bottom of the feet and it seems the little rised bit on the bottom that's meant to go in to click it is off
