Faulty sky glass

I've had the sky glass for less than a year, it has a few problems with it, it sometimes doesn't turn on at all, I have to switch it off by the plug wait a minute then switch it back on to be able to turn it on. Sky glass doesn't respond well when I say hello sky, it takes multiple attempts. And Even with the motion setting turned off, sometimes the tv will randomly turn on when we are in a different room. Overall the tv is poor I don't want it repaired as I don't want that time period without a tv nor do I want a replacement because of how poor this one has been, will sky offer a refund as it's

Past the first months 'cooling off' period you'd need to argue with Sky under statutory consumer rights that the product isn't as described / of adequate quality / fit for purpose.

This is easier if you have previously logged fault reports which Sky has not been able to resolve.
