Fault remote

My sky streaming glass remote isn't working. Only The left button turns the box off completely and right button just comes up with  'search shows & movies. It is otherwise just stuck on the home page and not able to watch anything currently Can you help?

Try un pairing and re pairing the remote as per the instructions here: https://www.sky.com/help/articles/remote-control-help-sky-glass

 

If that doesn't work you can ask for a replacement under warranty here: https://www.sky.com/help/forms/streaming-tv-remote

 

If your not under warranty you can order from Amazon: https://www.sky.com/help/articles/damaged-or-lost-sky-glass-remote

Thank you, have tried this since but no luck . Sky are sending a replacement remote 👍
