Facebook Portal
I have a sky glass tv which I bought not long after they came out, when it arrived I set it up as shown and connected my facebook portal to the tv.
The connection is shown on screen in the Apps and Inputs section along with all the other apps, etc, so when I want to use it I click on its tile as normal. This has worked perfectly and I have had no issues with it until today as it has disappeared from the section.
What I would like to know, has this happened to anyone else and if so have they managed to retrieve it and what they did they do to get it back?

Re: Facebook Portal
@YoungG There has never been a standalone Facebook app on Glass & Stream.
Do you have the Live camera? As there may be a app within the live camera environment that may have given a Facebook live chat option?

Yes I agree i have had sky glass since it first came out and I have never seen any Facebook app on the tv and I also have the sky live camera and it was never on there, and I have never heard of anyone adding apps to the tv, not sure how you managed to do that

Re: Facebook Portal
I assume this is relating to an external Facebook Portal device, likely was being selected via a HDMI input (which device can be named so may have had Facebook portal in the title for example). If that's the case and still not showing up maybe worth powering off the device and powering back on and check still plugged in correctly to the port. If still no luck maybe worth trying another HDMI port also.
