Dolby atmos sub woofer turns down when watching an armos film

Hi, I have just purchased a new Samsung q70t soundbar which works as it should on my sky glass 65"

However when I watch anything with Atmos the sound from the sub becomes so low you can't hear it - making everything else sound really tin'y, has anyone else had any issues like this? And if so how did you resolve it?

Check the instructions for your sub and also check you're set to either Passthrough or Auto on the puck, amp and TV if using eARC
