Disney+ Restart subscription login loop

I've had Disney+ for a while now through sky, but the Disney plus app now asks for a login. After entering my email, I get a 6 digit code that when entered just gives the option to complete subscription. Clicking on that sends me back to the login with email again. Rather frustrating as I have entered these details 5 times and had enough messing around, even restarted my router to no avail..... is there a fix for this ?

im having this issue too - worked for 48hrs, now stuck in the loop. Is there a fix?

Have found out why this happens - seemingly when you move from Sky Q to Sky Glass or Stream, and were paying for Disney+ through your Sky bill, your subscription effectively gets cancelled in the move.


You just have to resubscribe through Sky to Disney directly and the account is reactivated.

That's correct, as your Sky Q account gets cancelled, and the Sky streaming account is completely separate.
