if you login to discovery plus via another device and go to manage accounts does it say your subscription type is "provided by sky"?

Hi there . No channels at all work, just get the same message regardless. When I go into the manage account section I can't see anything that says provided by sky. Kind regards.

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreSo that sounds like the linking between your Sky account and discovery hasnt worked. This happened to me and I had to go through the linking again and it worked.
