Re: Credit agreement for sky glass
Hi @Leeglad16
You might not get an email but should be able to see th agreement in MySky app or on the website. See: https://www.sky.com/help/articles/sign-credit-agreement-sky-glass
There have been many reports of customers getting a cancelled order notification, apparently this is because sky conduct a secondary credit check after you place the order online, even if you pass that one.
It might be worth calling Sky to see if there is any reason for cancellation and/or ordering over the phone. We are all fellow subscribers like yourself on the forum.

Re: Credit agreement for sky glass
I spent an hour on the phone with them on Saturday and they couldn't figure it out. Just wondered if anyone else had this issue and how it was resolved
