If you have lost or damaged one you can order them from Amazon as per the information here: https://www.sky.com/help/articles/damaged-or-lost-sky-glass-remote. They cost around £30.
If your remote has stopped working and you are under warranty you can claim a free replacement here: https://www.sky.com/help/forms/streaming-tv-remote
