Constant reboot
5days of sky puck but almost everyday I lose picture or get errors. Also absolutely awful picture quality. Have a sky glass tv on order but considering cancelling based on the cooling off period. No point paying if I get better service on my Ariel cable. Anyone know what might be wrong?

Re: Constant reboot
Had the same issues here for that last few weeks and can't seem to find out how to fix it. My husband is considering plugging our freesat box back in. Let me know if you get anywhere with this issue.

Usually is the sign that the pic isn't getting a strong stable and fast enough internet connection. If connecting via WiFi make sure the puck is out in the open ( not behind a TV or on a shelf of a TV cabinet/stand) - plenty of things will cause network interference which will cause problems with the streaming platform.
The other option is to disable WiFi in the pucks settings, connect it to the internet via an Ethernet cable ( which gives a more stable network connection) and then reboot the puck using the restart option in the settings.
