Constant interruption of signal from wifi

Constant interruption of signal from WiFi 

Had the sky glass tv since August and have had constant problems with it.

pausing in programs, having to manually load onto WiFi, slow speed when watching channels, and pausing during playback.

had engineers round, fitted a booster, helped fora week or two, now back to original problems.

didn't effect the two pucks I have initially but now getting same problems.

spoke to sky customer services, not helpful, state they will do things and they don't promise to call back and they don't, lie on the phone about WiFi signal strength

What broadband speed is reaching each device? To find out, open the Netflix app, navigate to the Get Help menu and run a network check. Do this on your Glass TV and on each puck.

Without fast and stable broadband Sky Glass and Sky Stream simply cannot function well.

Can you  connect to the tv but an ethernet cable
