Connecting sky glass to Yamaha HTR-2071 reciever.

Hi there.

I am looking to connect my glass to my av reciever but have nerver used arc before. I have hdmi in port 2 on tv and have tried all 4 hdmi inputs on reciever but nothing seems to happen. As far as im aware the reciever does support arc.

If this is not the case is there anything i can do to connect it?

You need to connect the HDMI cable from the HDMI ARC port on Glass to the HDMI OUT (ARC) port on the Yamaha, not any of the HDMI inputs. It may seem counter-intuitive but the HDMI output on the receiver also acts as an input for audio sent from a TV.

Just tried this and it works. Thabks alot. I didn't even consider using the output on there lol.
