Connect account to tv

I am all set but says unable to link my account to my sky glass tv

Go to the my sky  go to home click on product settings  device management open that and open  activate new device and put  the code number  that appears  on the screen  of your  sky glass tv  in there

  1. Double-check each digit that you enter at sky.com/activate.
  2. Try switching your Sky Glass TV off and on again at the plug.
  3. Try the set up steps again.
