Hi
try either restart tv option in settings or pulling the plug for a few minutes ... this often clears this glitch

Re: Complaining
Are you connected via ethernet ? If so it may be worth connecting via wifi to see if the problems persist

Re: Complaining
Connected via Ethernet - is it possible that WiFi if a fast connection might be quicker ?

The Ethernet port is a 100mb port . Theoretically you shouldn't need more than 50-60mb to run optimally. But if you have lots of connected devices then getting some extra speed via WiFi may help .
try connecting via WiFi and running the speed test again . You should get closer to your 900mb

Re: Complaining
Thanks for advice and well worth a good tip for folks who have upgraded to faster broadband .
Take that Ethernet cable out and use the WiFi - jumped form 80mpbs to 400mps - whole interface is so much quicker
