Cant Upgrade Paramount+ no ads as Sky store errors with MYSKY_1998

Hi,

Wondered if someone cal help?

I'm trying to upgrade my Paramount+ to no ads. The only place it appears you can do it is via MySky on the Sky  Glass TV.

However, every time I got to the store, it always errors with:

MYSKY_1998

I have soft reset/Refresh and I ended up doing a factory reset. Nothing. Can't access it and still the same error.

IS there any other way to upgrade it?

Unfortunately the link on this article about upgrading or downgrading isn't accessible either: https://www.sky.com/help/articles/using-paramount-plus

You don't seem to be able to do this via the my sky app - therefore your only option is to call sky.

My dad had the same issue with sky store on his stream boxes and a ticket had to be raised for a back end team to resolve. It's an account / sky system issue rather than anything local to you.
