Cannot access Paramount+

I cannot seem to access the Paramount+ app. When I select the app I just get a black screen and after waiting 5 minutes I can select the home button to take the system back. This also happens if I select a "continue watching" program on Paramount. I have rebooted the tv and refreshed the apps without any solution. The app works on my iPad. All of the other apps on Glass work. Any thoughts?

Sky Glass 43” stand mount, Wi-fi, 1 puck, ethernet from Bt disc.
Sky Ultimate and whole home, Diamond VIP User
BT Hybrid FTTC, BT Smart Hub 2 + 1 disc

Hi 

 

refresh apps can normally take several hours  to run in the background 

 

also maybe try pulling the plug on the tv for an extended amount of time ..... maybe overnight 

 

indont knowing there's an option in the PC version of the app but you could try either signing out of all devices on account or changing your password which may force the glass app to sign out letting you sign back in again 

 

I've just checked my paramount plus app on my gen 2 and it's working fine.
