Absolutely shocking service from Sky customer services. Passed to 6 different people today. My sky glass isn't working properly & want to cancel the CAA agreement. Why would l want to pay almost £1000 for a tv that is faulty. They have refused to cancel it. Have been with sky for over 30 years. They don't seem to care & you wonder why people have cheap firesticks... disgusting

We are fellow subscribers not Sky. If you tell us what issues you are having the community will do it's best to assist. Your other option is to try and complain to Sky: https://www.sky.com/help/articles/how-to-make-a-complaint
Also you have consumer rights. Might be worth researching these and obtaining independent advice. But generally after 6 months it is on your to prove an inherent manufacturing fault.

Did the TV work without issue during your cooling off period?
How long have had the TV?

Don't give up...
I bought a sky glass TV in November 22, and wasn't overly impressed with it but gave it a chance, letting some of the niggly issues go (which I now regret). In February 24 we had a replacement TV as was having issues with the quality of viewing football, made no difference. Again left it and just put up with it, as it's never simple to speak to sky to get issues resolved and in fact nothing ever properly gets resolved.
Then this month I had decided I'd had enough as more problems were starting, it was freezing, sound and picture losing sync, football still terrible to watch, etc. I spoke to an advisor who said the usual, it's your network, which was what I was told in February, but upgrading to full fibre and having a new glass tv proved it wasn't my network at all. I told Sky I wasn't having the excuses which were unfounded, and that I wished to make a formal complaint about the poor quality of the tv set and that the only outcome I would settle on is to return the TV. After almost daily calls for 2 and a half weeks I am pleased to say the TV is now gone and the credit agreement cancellled. It was a very unpleasant situation to get to where I've got, sky were so unhelpful at times and just blatantly do not care about their customers. They wouldn't give me any money back despite the fact that the product is faulty and doesn't live up to how it is marketed, but I reasoned that I'd sooner lose what I'd already paid to date and not pay any more, than pay the other 2 years remaining. I looked at what I would get if I wanted to sell it and if you managed to get £250 sale then count yourself lucky as they're not easy to sell on. The amount I had outstanding was more than this so it wasn't worth buying it and I gladly returned it in the end and cut my losses.
If you really want to return your TV, stand your ground, make a formal complaint, keep ringing and make a nuisance of yourself. I'm sure Sky were just glad to be shot of my daily phone calls in the end 😉

Because it's important to avoid confusion, that's a Consumer Credit Agreement* (CCA) - aka an unsecured personal loan - rather than the Civil Aviation Authority (CAA)
* Technically a Fixed Sum Loan Agreement regulated by the Consumer Credit Act 1974
