Cancellation of contract

Sky puck cuts out every 10 minutes, have spoken to someone at sky who didn't know why. It only happens on sky channels not any of the apps. 
can I cancel contract

Hi @mark121245 

 

You can cancel depending on contract status, within first 31 days or monthly contract. 

 

If it's an 18month contract then it's up to Sky.

Declare the Puck defective and request a replacement, and keep doing that until you get one that works perfectly.

Just spoken to sky and they are sending a replacement
