Can’t get TV. Says technical fault

Can't get access to TV. Says there is a Technical Fault? Have switched off and tried to re-start but still not working. Internet access is all fine. Just TV.

Sky glass tv does need a good strong  wifi signal , if you can connect the tv with an ethernet cable also open  Netflix go to help open  that and running check my network see what  speed your tv is getting  sky recommend  a minimum  of 35mps  for the tv, also what speed  is your  broadband to the hub/router  and the more devices that you have connected to the Internet by ethernet cable and  wifi  the weaker  the signal is  to  each device, your  other  devices  may not need such high  speeds  to connect  to the Internet

Power off if you haven't done that you mention switched off so unplug or in system menu restart. Also worth giving you router a power off and on to clear glitches. As recommended Ethernet may be the answer too.
