When I enter the sky glass activation code in my sky account it says the error message"check your sky glass. If you're not connected please try again later" . Have tried resetting router and tv and used a few different codes but nothing works

I am having the same problem. I have only had the TV for 3 days. I've factory reset it and done everything that was recommended with no luck 😞

According to the guidence published by sky. You need to power your Glass off at the wall and then try again. If it doesn't work you will need to contact Sky customer services (we are fellow subscribers).

Additionally the perceived wisdom is that you shouldn't factory reset your Glass unless instructed by Sky, due to account linking issues which may need a back end team to resolve, so likely you will need to call them @LisaMarie1.
