@Sky I've tried to change my delivery multiple times now to the 18th April. If you continue to deliver this on the 16th April we won't be at the address so it could be stolen. As explained now multiple time we don't get our keys until the 18th April. Do I just cancel my whole order as this is not showing me good customer service!

You're also not talking to Sky here as this is acustomer helps customer forum so nothing will or can happen on the back of your post.
You would need to call Sky to change the delivery date if you can't do this online.
