Can not get Look North to play on my playlist

Why does my Sky Glass not play Look North .I have set the playlist to record Look North but it just shows what is on in the week but never records any programes

@Rocker12  Glass doesn't record, to get any previous editions of local news check iPlayer to see if they are there.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

Yes I can get them on I player but my play list will only tells me what is on in the week .Frustrating
