Can i use sky live as a indoor security camera
Is it possible to monitor the sky live camera when away from home?
when i leave my dog in itd be good to be able to check the camera when in the office to see it's okay, it would be a great function with the wide angle and positioning of the camera to be able to load up and view in live time.

Not possible.
You could open a zoom call before you left home in the morning I suppose and leave it running, but that's a very convoluted way of going about it, plus I think zoom has time limits and the Glass TV would probably go into standby after a certain amount of time due to its eco settings.
You're much better off buying a cheap webcam - you can get them for £30 - some of which have 2 way audio and remote pan/tilt options, controllable via a mobile app. That way you can even talk to the dog if you so wish.

Re: Can i use sky live as a indoor security camera
Thankyou for the response, I was curious before I bought it whether this would be an option. Due to none of my friends having sky glass/live nor having any children to make use of the games they're orientated for this was the only possible use that could of justified it.
youre correct I'll stick to a standard home security camera at a much reduced price

I'd suggest that by definition the market for a television set which is also a surveillance device is fairly limited, and also one which manufacturers might be somewhat reluctant to facilitate ; )
BT Halo 3+ Ultrafast FTTP (500Mbs), BT Smart Hub 2

Yes understood, it was just me seeing an additional gadget available and trying to subdue the impulsiveness and find a justification as to why it would be useful to me.
