A while back I asked about the C4 app not updating to the new logo. Eventually it did which was good, except the content isn't syncing with my phone, tablet or second TV.
As an example I watch an American true crime show called The First 48. My second TV (Roku), my phone and my tablet and my main TV (JVC Fire TV) when not watching through Stream, all show season 24. The app on stream only shows up to S23. There is other content that's different also.
I've tried signing out and back in again but it's made no difference. Is anyone else having this issue and if you solved it could you please tell me how.
