Broadband

I cannot connect my Sky glass i have tried all the trouble shooting and it still saying status not connected, I turned my box off 3 - 4 times . I have 4 green lights however connecting to broadband router keeps checking and connection to Internet is still crossed. There was a loss of connections about 16.15 today a couple of times I don't know why .

Try resetting your connection in the glass settings as described here: https://www.sky.com/help/articles/sky-glass-no-internet-connection-osm

 

Then power your glass off at the mains for a few minutes as well.as your router. Power the router back on and wait for internet connectivity to be restored and try connecting your glass again.
