Bracket recommendations for 43 inch Sky Glass

Can anyone recommend a good wall bracket for 43 inch Sky Glass that allows it to pull out and swivel?  Also, am I right in thinking you cannot book the fitting of Sky Glass through Sky any longer?  If not, any recommendations for companies able to do it Sussex / Hants on the South coast?

Any wall bracket rated for the not inconsiderable weight of a Glass set should be OK: what I'd suggest you ponder is the nature of the wall itself and the GSE Physics principle of the application of a lever.....

Sky themselves never actually did wall mounting: that appears to have been an extra cost option offered through the courier company.
