Sky Glass uses Bluetooth for connecting the remote and for sending audio to external Bluetooth headphones. What are you trying to connect?

Sky Glass is a completely different type of service to Sky Q so you should never assume that just because something works on Q it will work on Glass.

Re: Bluetooth

Trying to connect my mobile phone, Motorola and my wife's mobile phone Google pixel but both coming up as not supported on my sky glass. My Bluetooth headphones connect no problem. Was wanting to play my music through the tv system.

Hi @StewartT1 Unfortunately Glass currently does not support android phones being connected via bluetooth.  It only support Apple AirPlay for the connection of Apple devices. Whether or not this will be changed via a future update I don't know.

You may be able to cast/mirror to Glass via a third party device such as Chromecast etc. (try googling it so see)
