Blue tooth device recognised but connection fails

I have an amp that has blue tooth connectivity. My sky glass air finds it but keeps failing to connect.

is there a solution?

I am having similar issues. My Blue tooth eadphones are been found by the Sky glass TV but will not connect. I have been given advice that just has not worked. It's very frustrating as I am hard of hearing. Seriously considering cancelling my whole package as I won't pay for something I am struggling to hear
