Blue screen
Tele will play program for around 30 seconds then go to blue screan

Hi @Gerrard752
Try a restart in the first instance. You can do this in Settings > System Management > Restart Device.
If this is happing after reboot, we will need more information for the community to assist such as your ISP, connection speed, has it every worked etc as we are fellow subscribers not Sky support we don't know anything about your set up. Sky recommend a minimum speed 25Mbps for HD and 30Mbps for UHD.
