If a full reboot (turn the TV off at the wall for a minute then power back on) doesn't clear it then you'll need to ring Sky and request a replacement, if you are still within your 2 warranty.

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreHi @Leanne106 I had something similar about 18 months ago when my Sky Glass suddenly developed a vertical 2in wide dark grey stripe. A normal reboot (as explained above by @Mister_Dalek ) didn't help so I left the TV unplugged overnight and the line disappeared and luckily it never came back. Give it a try but if it doesn't resolve the issue or if it keeps coming back you should call Sky for additional troubleshooting and if necessary a replacement TV (assuming it is still within its 24 month warranty).
