No sound black screen can anyone help

You will need to provide more information. Does this keep happening? Is it a new set up or was it working previously? Who is your ISP? Do you meet the minimum speed requirements of 25Mbps for HD and 30Mbps for UHD?

 

Have you tried powering off at the mains for a few minutes in the first instance?
