Try pulling the plug for at least 10 minutes. Then power it back on. Does the red power light should flash then go out. Once this happens try the home button on your remote. If this doesn't work, try the home button on the side of your Glass.
If this doesn't work, you will need to call Sky to go through the recovery procedure (as documented here: https://www.sky.com/help/articles/setting-up-sky-glass-sky-logo) and or arrange a replacement under warranty.
