Black line on my sky glass tv.

Hi there.

we purchased a sky glass tv from you on Aug/Sept 2022 and we have just noticed that there is a black line running from top to bottom 2 inches in from the left hand side of the tv.

 

how can you help us here please?

This is a common software error that has been reported since Glass launched in 2021. 

The standard solution is to turn the TV off at the wall for a few minutes then power it back on and allow it to reboot. If this doesn't clear the line then you'll need to ring Sky for further troubleshooting and potential replacement whilst still under warranty.

My sky glass tv has 3 thin black line on the top of the screen, I phoned sky and as it is out of the 2 year warranty they are looking £300.00 upfront to replace it, I still have another 2 years to pay off the tv, the settlement fee isn't even £300.00, I can't afford to pay that upfront fee and there is no help from them
