I just received my Sky package on Sunday 10th December 2023, so I am asking about how to make the monthly payments

We are customers here like yourself, however Sky should have got you to set up a DD or continuous card payment. Details of how your bill is calculated can be found here: https://www.sky.com/help/articles/bills-and-payments-sky-glass-first-bills
