Refund for ppv/box office boxing event

Purchased Eubank JR Benn to add to next bill and it's unveiwable. It's distorted and cutting out and is pixilated. I would like this taken off my bill.

Mine was originally being shown in UHD, it's now switched  to HD. Pixelating

Send an email and complain, that what I am going to do anyway. I paid for the full programming in UHD, Sky haven't delivered on this occasion.

Paid for the eubank vs benn fight. Glitching and pixelated every 20mins or so? It's not my internet as I have powerful fibre. Not the first time I've paid for a boxing match and this has happened, does anyone else have the same issue ?
