Hi @LByrne1999

We are all customers here, your not talking directly to Sky. You have a few options:

1) You can order a replacement from Amazon: https://www.sky.com/help/articles/damaged-or-lost-sky-glass-remote

2) You can order a replacement from Sky under warranty: https://www.sky.com/help/forms/streaming-tv-remote

3) Or you can call Sky Customer Service to order a replacement.

In the meantime, if you still have any Sky Q kit, you can pair your Q remote.

Hope this helps

I'd advised against buying your own from Amazon, as you ar then just purchasing another remote that is prone to the battery explosion issue.

The remotes are fully covered by Sky, so i'd suggest ordering the replacement remote via the form provided (https://www.sky.com/help/forms/streaming-tv-remote), particularly as a result of this issue.

Normally the new remote is received within a couple of days.

Re: Battery exploded in remote

No one should buy a Sky Glass TV or Sky Puck remote unless they want an extra remote😉

The remotes are Sky's property and a defective remote should be replaced by Sky and it is now very easy to obtain a replacement🤔
