I have Skyglass, we have Bt Sport through Sky at 27 pounds per month, we also pay Bt for the same pakage, my question might sound silly, but do we have to pay for both to BT & Sky, thanks in advance.

No, you only need to pay one of them.

So do I cancel with Sky and just pay through Bt?

You can't pay for BT Sports on Sky Glass through BT unless you moved it off a legacy Sky Q account. But even so you can cancel just the BT side and it will work.
