Hi,
I ordered a new remote in October and it still hasn't arrived, please can I have an update.

How did you order the replacement, was it over the phone or was it via this link: https://www.sky.com/help/forms/streaming-tv-remote
If it was over the phone i'd suggest perhaps its best to request one via the link.

You should have received it by now. Is there anything in the order tracking link in the MySky section of the website? If not you'll need to ring Sky or order another one using this link:

I would get back in contact with Sky directly. I had the same issue and received my new remote within 2 working days.

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@Robert91 About a year ago I phoned Sky and requested a replacement remove which never arrived. I had to request one 4 times before I received one.
I believe the fairly new online request works well and people are receiving the replacement in a just a couple of days 😀
