Apps have disappeared

I no longer have any sky packages only a sky glass TV. I used to have Netflix in my apps but since swapping my broadband to another company and restarting my TV the Netflix app has disappeared. I can't get the app back for the life of me does anyone know what I can do?

To keep app access you need to retain a Sky account (but a Sky content subscription isn't required)

If Sky has cancelled everything at your instruction then the television is just a monitor for HDMI input.
