Amazon prime not running

I cannot run Amazon  prime through any of my sky equipment but works through my tvs own app anyone have an idea, powered tvs etc off and on , unplugged etc all the usual stuff but just get

@Dazzar51  The issue is with Amazon rather than Glass  https://www.gbnews.com/tech/amazon-prime-video-down

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.
