Amazon Prime error 500
2nd day of new glass, all going ok compared to the previous device [Removed], now the spinning wheel of death watching prime. No WiFi connection...again. Full WiFi on other devices. [Removed]

@BigT_Devon Welcome to the current issue with the firmware that Sky is aware of and will be issuing a fix for.
Customers, like myself, who have had the error believe it is linked to Prime Video. It's suggested that you log out of Prime, then do a restart (not a factory reset) via your Reset TV option in the Settings. Log back into Prime if you want to watch it but make sure you log out again before turning the TV off at night. It seems to stop the wheel of death.
Another thing you can try is in the Settings ensure Networked Standby mode is set to On and Overnight power saving is Off.
Finally, connecting to Glass, though can be done via WiFi, is more stable via ethernet. If you connect via ethernet ensure WiFi is turned off in Settings.
