Always cuts out before end of programme... very frustrating
Programme cuts out / screen goes black and usually just at interesting point of programme

Hi @Mary622
This is likely poor connectivity between your Glass and your Router or low internet speeds. Glass requires 25Mbps for HD or 30Mbps for UHD. You can check the speed your glass is getting by opening netflix, going to settings and selecting connection check. Who is your ISP, what internet speed do you get and how are you connected?
Plugging your Glass in via ethernet cable and turning off WiFi in the settings may help.
