65” sky glass shadows casting at the bottom and top right
Hello, I'm wondering if anyone can help me. My sky glass picture is getting worst by the day. If I was anything in uhd (mostly all we watch) there is is white cast over the screen. I'm constantly having to change the picture settings, with every program I'm watching, to adjust to the screen. The picture quality on sky glass, from when I've researched and experienced, has always been poor. However the last month it's getting worst. I have taken this picture in the dark to help see the screen without flash. Please could anyone help me out? I would highly appreciate it. Thank you.
p.s how can I inset a photo 😂

That's an awful panel.
If you're still within the 2 year warranty period you should ring Sky for further troubleshooting and potential replacement.

Hi @Nor1 welcome to the forum. The screen shown in your photo certainly doesn't look good and for me would be virtually unwatchable. I have escalated your post to the Community Messaging team who will invite you to an online chat. If they can't find a solution you could request a replacement Glass TV if it is stil within the 2 years warranty.
The link below explains how the online chat procedure works

Keep a look out for the speech chat bubble that will appear on the bottom left of your screen when you are logged onto this forum (you will need to refresh your browser from time to time until you see the chat bubble). When the blue bubble does appear you have 48 hours to respond or the chat will be automatically closed. Note replies from Sky are not instant so you will need to regularly check the chat thread.
