And yes, I have changed the batteries in both charges.I have tried to reconnect the charges to my sky class TV in my lounge and my boxes in the bedrooms.And they will not connect to any of these rooms

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@Kerry128 if you call Sky theybwill repace them for you if they cannot get them working during the call.
