Recently i called sky to report that my glass TV has a crackling sound from the speakers that was getting worse. They replaced the set no problem. The new set has been here for 1 week, and the cracking sound has appeared again! This time even worse than before. Anyone else having this issue or had it resolved? It is so frustrating to have to call again and even worse to watch and hear this awful noise. I can't even use my surround sound system with it because of the ARC in-built on the TV.

Not sure what you mean there: ARC facilitates AVR use, and when working correctly disables the on-board speakers. My Glass set has a dodgy subwoofer but I never hear it because the Yamaha AVR takes audio to external 5.1 speakers.
