2 bills in one day
So I've been a satisfied sky customer for over 27 years and last week changed from sky anti sky glass gen 2. The sky glass is perfection absolutely love it but today I've had 2 bills taken one for sky Q which I no longer have £88.50 and one for sky glass £107.50. Just phoned sky to be told that they can refund the £88.50 but not until the 26th July when my next sky Q bill is generated surely this can't be right can it ? Any help appreciated

When you switch over from Q that's to be expected as you will have your Q sub and your Sky Streaming subscription. As the service is paid a month in advance and bills are generated 2 weeks before the due date you will always overpay and end up in credit.
The money can be refunded once it's showing in the Sky Q account as a credit, which may not happen until the Sky billing system generates the next Sky Q bill.

They have always done that since sky glass first came out as soon as you activate your sky glass tv then you pay your final sky q bill and your first sky glass subscription on the same day, i had it in november 2021

Got it sorted. Refund being issued on the 26th plus a credit of £19 in my new sky glass bill as a way of apology
