I spoke to Upendra on 22nd November regarding my final bill, as I had to move and could not take the services with me due to the landlord.
Upendra was very patient with me and kind, reassured me and resolved my queries. He made me confident in using Sky again in the future, also informed me about Sky and did check if I was certain about leaving. Very knowledgeable and enthusiastic about Sky and providing customer service with a smile.
