I just had the best customer service I have ever received.
I called looking to pay off my existing mobile contract and upgrade whilst also taking advantage of a promotion that included a watch.
After being disconnected from a previous call handler, I was fortunate enough to be connected to Tutu. Despite coming to the end of his shift, Tutu was patient, friendly, funny and very well informed in answering any questions I had. He knew the answer to every question and went above and beyond what I had ever experienced before. He took the time to listen to my requirements, and helped me with exactly what I needed.
I was on the phone to him for 30 minutes and truthfully, I would have more than happily spoken to him for another hour.
