I would like to show my appreciation to this lovely young lady (Lisa) from Exec Team.

She put-up with an old man's rambling on for 3 hours.

Lise never got angry, kept her cool and calmy explained SKY's rules to me.

This Scottish Lass is a credit to SKY and her team.

Also Scotland won their first game, another plus for her.
