Thank you for all your help with the issue I had earlier.
My internet is working well and the engineer from Open reach was so friendly as he had the filter sorted and tested the router.
The best thing is that he came early and I quickly explained what happened. He never scolded or anything, he very patient and kind. Thank YOU once again to Harithia (sorry if I misspelled the name) for understanding my issue on your virtual assistant early on Tuesday morning and responding so quickly to my query.
Greg from Open reach should get a shout out because he did the work quick. I appreciate all of you... remember that.
